I have created this project as part of my senior project. The theme that was given to us was “Happiness” and to me happiness is about helping others, so I have decided that I want to help those who are not blessed with the gift of sight, here in the gulf.

Since cooking is essential and something that we do here in our daily lives, I’ve created 8 spice packages for the blind and the visually impaired to help them know which spice they are using in the meals. The project contains four languages, Arabic, Arabic Braille, English and English Braille.The packages do not contain powder spices, but they contain tablet spices that are measured as 1 tea spoon for each tablet, so the person who is visually impaired would not have to worry about counting how many spoons of spice each meal needs.
